25/11/2006: QK Star Wars Day

On the 25th of this month, I have booked an entire day at Questing Knight Games for Star Wars! Hopefully the Starship Battles game should be out by then so we can play that aswell but if not then we'll just have to make do with mass Star Wars Minis games all day.:D

I may be able to run a small tournament in the afternoon, depending on details that I am sorting out with Alan, if this is the case, I will post rules nearer the time.

Unfortunatly the 100pt tournament on saturday has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control and will be played at a later date. However please feel free to still come down and play Starship Battles and the Miniatures Game. The tournament at STAGs will still be on as normal.

ok i have talked to alan today.. and the "knock out" tourdement at Questin knight games will still be run...

Rules:

100 points - *no unquies... yes.. that means no vader or luke...*
NO vechials or anything with damage reduction 10+
*the dnd rule - Your highest cost unit must not ecceed 50% of the total... so basicly no units over 50 points*
first to destroy all oposing sides forces :D
the 100 points must be PURELY one faction
Im running the game so my word is final

we played 3 games, so everyone got to face everyone

*first - capture and hold 3 points*
*second - either Plant the bomb (or) Destory the Base*
*third - Capture the flag / american football style*

And the winner was "Jade Phoenix" who managed to win all 3
